UPSC NDA I 2024 Eligible Criteria :
- Educational Qualification :
- For National Defence Academy (NDA) – Candidate must be 12th Class passed in the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- For Naval Academy (10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme) – Candidate must be 12th Class passed in the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized Board.
Nationality : Indian
UPSC NDA I 2024 Age Limit :
Only unmarried male/female candidates born not earlier than 02nd July, 2005 and not later than 1st July, 2008 are eligible.
UPSC NDA I 2024 Selection Method :
Selection will be done on the basis of below Stages.
- Written Examination (900 Marks)
- Interview (900 Marks)
UPSC NDA 2024 Exam Pattern :
The subjects of the written examination, the time allowed and the maximum marks allotted to each subject will be as follows

Candidates (excepting Female/SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India or by using Visa/Master/Rupay Credit/Debit Card.
