- 18-25/27 Years (for 10th/12th Level Posts)
- 18-30 Years (for Graduate Level Posts)

Selection will be done on the basis of Below Stages
- Stage-1: Written Exam ( CBT )
- Stage-2: Skill Test (as per post requirement)
- Stage-2: Document Verification
- Stage-3: Medical Examination
SSC Selection Posts Phase XII Exam Pattern 2024 :
There will be three separate Computer Based Examinations consisting of Objective Type Multiple Choice questions for the posts with minimum Educational Qualification of Matriculation, Higher Secondary, and Graduation & above levels. There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer. Skill Tests like Typing/ Data Entry/ Computer Proficiency Test, etc., where prescribed in the Essential Qualification, will be conducted, which will be of a qualifying nature

Mode of payment of fee payable Rs. 100/-(Rupees One Hundred only). Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Exservicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
