Eligible Criteria :
- Educational Qualification :
- For Deputy Director(Administration & Planning) Post : Officer under the Central Govt / State Govt / Public Sector undertaking / Autonomous / Statutory bodies holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department, or with atleast 5/8 years service in posts in the pay scale of Rs.15,600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- or Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4800/- or equivalent respectively and having experience in administration, establishment and accounts matters
- For Deputy Director (Training) Post : Atleast 50% marks in Master’s degree in Social Work or Sociology or Criminology or Social Anthropology from a recognized University or equivalent
- For Junior Research Officer(JRO) Post : Master’s Degree in Social Work or Sociology or Criminology or Social Anthropology or Geriatrics from a recognized University or equivalent.
Nationality : Indian
