Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Matriculation/10th or its equivalent plus ITI/Act Apprenticeship in relevant Trade, approved by NCVT/SCVT OR (B) 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board/university [a pass in 12th (+2 stage) or equivalent in case of SC/ST candidates)]
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit: age should be between 18 to 32 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is applicable upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ ST candidates as per rules.
Selection Process: selection will be based on educational qualification, Scouting Skill Assessment, Personality Test, Written Test & Interview
Examination Fee: pay Rs. 100/- through IPO drawn in favour of FA&CAO/NF Railway, and payable at Maligaon Post Office, Guwahati-781011. No fee for SC/ ST/ Women/ Minority and Economically Backward classes.
