- For Nurse : HSC (10+2) in science with Full time regular Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery course or B.Sc in Nursing
- For Pharmacist : HSC (10+2) in science with Full time regular Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm)
