- for Manager/Civil: Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks and 5 years experience in the field.
- for Dy. Manager/Civil: Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks and 2 years experience in the field.
- For Junior Engineer/SHE: 3 years Diploma in Engineering/B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry/Maths) with minimum 60% marks.
