Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is an autonomous agency in India .CWE is now mandatory for anyone who seeks an employment in 29 public sector and regional rural banks . IBPS periodically accepts exam applications from candidates at their website, and the exams are organized at various locations in the country in online mode. Eligibility Criteria For IBPS Exam : any candidate who are graduate or university degree are eligible for appearing in this exams conducted by ibps . but few other vacancies their need to professional degree like computer science, B.tech, Law , IT or management etc .
BPS Common Written Exams:
(1) CWE PO / MT :– Probationary Officers and or Management Trainees Vacancies.
(2) CWE Clerk :— Recruitment of Clerical Assistants
(3) CWE Specialist Officer :— Recruitment of IT, LAW, engineering, marketing and other professionals.
(4) CWE RRBs Officers and Assistants :– Recruitment of Officers & Office Assistants to Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) governed by NABARD.
Syllabus for CWE(common written exam) : — The exam syllabus covers topics such as reasoning, general awareness, English language, quantitative aptitude, computer knowledge and professional knowledge.
Syllabus for IBPS Specialist Officers: —The exam is conducted in subsequent January and final result is declared in April. The exam is of 200 marks consisting of 200 questions and it has 50 questions of professional knowledge 75marks
Syllabus for IBPS Probationary Officers : — Selection Procedure are classified in 3 phases, Phase 1 preliminary Objective Test, Phase 2 mains Objective Test and Phase 3 interview. Preliminary exam conducts in October and mains exam conducts in October month or next month in November and interview conducts in January.
