- Educational Qualification :
- For Senior Resident : Post Graduate or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university and registered with Delhi Medical Council or Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
- For Senior Resident (For one year)/ Contractual Specialist : MBBS with PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university.

- Age Limit for Senior Resident: 45 Years
- For Contractual Super Specialists Full Time/Part Time or till regular Super Specialist: 69 Years
- For Contractual Specialists (Full Time): 69 Years
