Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification :
- For Branch Heads: a graduation or post graduation in any discipline from a recognised University and a minimum of eight years of experience in banking as Branch Head.
- For Assistant Branch Heads: a Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university and a minimum of five years of experience in banking as Assistant Branch Head.
- For Sales Officer- Retail Assets & Liability: Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University and three years of experience in sales is preferred.
- For Relationship Officer: Applicants must have a graduation or post graduation in any discipline from a recognised university and two years of experience in banking, NBFC, hospitality or any other financial streams.
- For Credit Officer: Applicants must have Graduation in any subject from a recognised University and must possess one year experience in credit appraisal.
- For Sales Officer-Trainee: Applicants must have a Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised University without any backlogs or Graduates with one year sales experience.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : 21- 40 Years .
Selection Method : Shortlisting, Objective Test & Group Discussion .
